The Dutch Charity Lotteries (the Dutch Postcode Lottery, the BankGiro Lottery and the FriendsLottery) were established to raise funds for charities. At least 40% of the price of every ticket sold (in 2018, this was €511 million). The Charity Lotteries support people and planet. As a project manager at the Winner Department I was responsible for coordinating the operations of the price delivery process and corresponding communications. Every month our team made sure hundreds of thousand price winners had a positive experience by receiving the winner communications and the products they won at their home addresses. I worked closely together with distribution centers and communication agencies to make sure the price projects were completed correctly and within strict time limits. Apart from project management this role involved tasks in content management, copywriting and inventory management.

Responsible for internal communication advice and execution of plans. Tasks in strategic planning, project management, event management and content creation. In deze functie was ik verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitwerken van diverse communicatiemiddelen voor de afdeling ICT van VUmc. Daarnaast ondersteunde ik verschillende veranderprogramma’s binnen VUmc bij de interne communicatie. In beide gevallen was ik zowel betrokken bij het bepalen van de communicatiestrategie als bij de uitvoering hiervan. Ik verzorgde redactionele activiteiten door teksten te schrijven voor o.a. intranet, nieuwsbrieven en het personeelsblad. Naast het inzetten van deze reguliere communicatiemiddelen hield ik mij ook bezig met de ontwikkeling van beeld- en filmmateriaal, het opzetten en uitvoeren van onderzoeken en het organiseren van bijeenkomsten en evenementen.

Als vestigingsmedewerker en vestigingshoofd van Studentsplus Groningen bestonden mijn werkzaamheden (o.a) uit: - Intakegesprekken voeren met nieuwe klanten;- Intakegesprekken voeren met nieuwe studenten;- Acquisitie op middelbare scholen;- Bemiddelen tussen klanten en hun bijlesgevers.

Als Event Manager ondersteunde ik het dagelijks bestuur bij de organisatie van de introductieweek voor nieuwe studenten in Groningen. Ik hielp o.a. bij organisatorische zaken zoals acquisitie, het bedenken en organiseren van evenementen en het ontwerpen van promotiemateriaal. Tijdens de introductieweek zelf coördineerde ik de evenementen en stuurde ik de medewerkers aan.
