About Ezinne .M. Anyanwu
I am a result based management (RBM) expert with 12+ years experience in innovative financing, public sector reform, monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL), digital development and program management. Thematically, I work across the 17 SDGs to design, deliver and evaluate integrated multi sector solutions to development and public sector challenges in developing and least developed countries in Africa, Asia, the Near East, Latin America, and the Caribbean.Working at several times with FCDO, USAID, IFAD, GIZ, World Bank, PEPFAR, UNICEF, MacArthur Foundation, and the WTO, I have led multilateral donors, national governments and the private sector to identify and implement scalable multi sector solutions, assess impact, and achieve development objectives and public sector reforms across the 17 SDGs including food security, economic growth, trade facilitation, migration/displacement, digital development, health and climate change. I have sustainably built the capacity of governments partners to deploy and utilize result measurement systems to strengthen long term service delivery capabilities and measure results on the SDGs.In addition, I have used the DCED Standard for results measurement and OECD DAC evaluation criteria to iteratively design, evaluate and improve the performance of development portfolios and multilateral Trust Funds.
