I facilitated and I helped put together the material for training throughout theentire conglomerate. Ultimately, the effort in formulating a marketing strategy to grow acompany is just as important as a marketing strategy to grow a brand. Companies oftenforget to market themselves in their attempt to focus on a product. It is particularlyimportant to have a company strategy especially if it is a newly acquired business that has tofit into an existing cluster. I lead senior management, including GMs of the acquiredcompanies through training programs that communicated our strategy in terms of salesand company integration. I communicated this training to everyone from seniormanagement to the tea ladies with the purpose of energizing the employees in getting themexcited to collectively reach new targets.
