About Maggie Larson

It’s all in my roots! My interest in production agriculture stems from my upbringing and involvement on my family's beef, sheep, and hog farm in west-central Wisconsin. My SAE, speaking engagements, and leadership opportunities allowed me to thrive as a member of the National FFA Organization, later serving as a Wisconsin State FFA Officer in 2014. That experience combined with studying Agricultural Communications & Marketing at the University of Minnesota, connected me to so many influential folks that I’m proud to know and either call connections or friends today. I’ve hopped around a few states from WI > IA > KS > MN, and experienced roles connected to animal nutrition and a diverse experience working with John Deere through Visitor Services, Sales & Training Support, and now a Product Specialist in Hay & Forage. No matter where I am, I continue to advocate for agriculture and agricultural education and am a member of John Deere’s FFA Alumni & Supporters Corporate Chapter. Currently I’m in pursuit of my MBA through Louisiana State University. Geaux Tigers! If we’ve met at some point along the way – even briefly – I look forward to connecting here!

Listed skills include Public Speaking, Leadership, Communication, Agriculture, and 12 others.
