During my time here as a hostess and server, I have presented an approachable and professional appearance each day to offer excellent customer service. It is important that I communicate with other employees efficiently to succeed in the fast-paced environment.

This 8 week rotational internship has given me the opportunity to explore different sectors of the real estate industry, including, debt, capital markets, marketing, landlord and tenant representation, research and more. Interacting with clients face to face has given me an inside look at real estate transactions and given me a better understanding of the daily tasks of those in the industry.

While working for Franklin Floral, I assisted the founder with creating bouquets, boutonnieres, and arrangements for weddings and other special events. I learned how to meet customer needs and demands in a timely manner.

As a retail associate I encouraged all customers to feel welcome in store and was readily available for support. Organizing and managing inventory was an important component for our team to provide top customer service.

Through managing the daily administrative tasks of a mid-sized construction firm, I was able to gain valuable business management skills. I learned how to sustain revenue growth on a quarter-to-quarter basis by developing short and long-term marketing strategies for the firm.
