§ Coordinating partner on a foreign private issuer, US GAAP and IFRS audit engagements for SEC foreign private issuers and private clients, including control reporting and review of purchase accounting for acquisitions. Issued comfort letters to underwriters in relation to new debt financing. § Oversaw a portfolio of both public and non-public clients and with a variety of reporting responsibilities.§ Performed Audit Quality Review, reviewing engagements in the US and France.§ Led annual client Accounting & Auditing update and Executive Event, and speaker at external IFRS events.§ Non-client service responsibilities included recruiting, counseling family leader for the NJ Assurance Life Science family, and diversity mentor.

§ During the build out of a National team, focused on targeting new clients, creating market collateral, developing pricing strategy and leading pursuits of IFRS diagnostics and conversions that generated new business and developed new client relationships.§ Led facilitated sessions on IFRS conversion, IFRS diagnostic and conversion engagements, assisting both audit and non-audit clients assess, plan and implement IFRS conversions.

§ Global engagement partner on leading Italian telecommunications service provider and dual listed foreign private issuer. Directed the engagement team through the IFRS conversion, SOX 404 implementation, supported company's response to 3 SEC comment letters and request for SEC pre-approval, and advised management on purchase accounting, post-acquisition integration of financial operations and divestitures.

Established and led the EY US GAAP desk in Stuttgart Germany, serving principally automotive, technology and telecommunication companies, foreign private issuers and Neuer Markt filers.
