Main job is to take responsibility for all group activities (Planning group, Cost Control group, Warehouse group) and report to Department Manager.A. Planning Group1. Make yearly and monthly production target for domestic (forecast) and export (order trend)2. Make weekly production planning and control production to achieve target 3. Checking order to achieve on time delivery to customer4. Setting and maintain master item on SAP systems5. Calculate and maintain tooling and machine investment6. Make monthly and yearly production report to President Director B. Cost Control Group1. Calculate production cost then submit quotation 2. Handle new item project from tooling and material preparation, trial, until mass production 3. Control project to transfer item from another plan (localization project)4. Handle import item from other plan to meet domestic customer orderC. Warehouse Activities1. Receive goods from production and put in the rack2. Repacking products as customer requirement before shipping3. Prepare domestic and export customer order 4. Delivery to customer use company trucks 5. Stock taking every month and report it
