Position is a dual-purpose role. (1) Provides operations support for RPS Retirement Plan Advisors (401(k) business). (2) Delivers 401(k) plan participant services for RPS Retirement Plan Advisors Multi-tasks to accomplish a wide variety of duties through independent and group work. Enters and manages large volumes of data. Delivers individual support and group sessions that motivate 401(k) plan participants to improve their financial future by taking needed actions. Requires attention to detail, a developed mastery of numerous software / technical solutions, and a developed expertise in 401(k) matters. I was presented the opportunity to work in a Fee only firm under four great CFP's. I was able to recieve training in several planning softwear such as Lazer and eMoney. Also undertook several projects to improve work flow in everyday opperations.
