Record, monitor and update GL for payroll (ADP). 7. Handle all day to day cash management, disbursements and maintenance of multiple trust fund accounting records.8. Handle all customer service calls. 9. Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations and Journal entries.10. Handle all NSF checks 11. Total Bank reconciliations (12) - including payroll account. 12. Run Trial Balance to match the Financial Statements.13. Handle Tax Levies, Wage Assignments. 14. Compiles year-end schedules and audit coordination. 15. Process Cash transfers between funds. Work with all Parks to insure timely payment of rents received.16. Communication with Parks resolving payment-processing issues. 17. Deal directly with the Representative from Spectra to handle any e-pay issues and to go over any updates from them.18. Expense/Post Credit Card Transactions to the General Ledger. 19. Help in creating the cash analysis for the quarterly distributions to all investors in all parks.20. Tracking all mobile homes bought and sold in parks.21. Prepare and file annual misc. 1099 for vendors to IRS22. Work with outside CPA for filing of each entities annual tax return.23. Every Quarter we handle the distribution for all of the investor in each park. This entails, supplying the correct information from each park to analyze the amount to be distributed.24. Dealing with all Investors issues, ie, Name Changes, Trust Accounts, Address Changes, Bank Account Changes.
