Currently working as Chief Operating Officer at Multicultural Capital, LLC (MCC), managing a team of professionals in the San Juan, Puerto Rico headquarters. MCC is an independent mergers and acquisitions consulting boutique focused on middle-market private transactions valued between $50 million and $500 million.Her responsibilities center on the day-to-day operations and administrative and financial aspects of the business. She works closely with the leadership team to drive growth, manage client and supplier relationships, and ensure the firm’s services meet the highest standards of quality. Mrs. Iturregui has a strong track record of managing and optimizing business operations. Mrs. Iturregui has a Bachelor degree of Science in Marketing and a minor degree in Psychology from St. Joseph's University. Mrs. Iturregui was born and raised in Puerto Rico.
