As the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Austin Achieve Public Schools, I oversee the academic excellence and growth of over 250 students and 14 teachers across grades K-2. With a Master of Education degree from the University of New Hampshire and more than eight years of experience as an educator and instructional specialist, I have developed and implemented effective curricula, assessments, and interventions that align with the state standards and the school's mission. I also coach and mentor teachers to enhance their instructional practices and foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Some of my core competencies include elementary education, K-2 education, teaching, curriculum development, data analysis, and teacher leadership. I am passionate about ensuring that every student receives a high-quality education that prepares them to be life long learners. I am also committed to advancing the field of education by sharing my expertise and learning from others.
