I bring my experience from e.g. Agile, Kanban, Scrum and Lean Change Management (or traditional frameworks if needed) to help teams and organizations grow and strive for excellence.     Funnel is a SaaS company and a ”Marketing Data Hub”, supporting marketers and other decision makers to get reports and analysis to support their decisions. As Deputy CTO, I was leading around 20 developers in 5 product teams. My focus was to support and add value to developers and teams, my colleagues, the product and our customers. The teams are primarily involved in the Data-in part of the product, responsible for integrating around 250 platforms to acquire the data needed by customers.
