Overseeing all facets of the projects from pre-design, capital budget request and funding management, design phase to completion of construction for over 30 projects with an overall construction capital expenditure of over $ 325 Million.Projects completed have included ED expansion and additions, Med/Surg bed expansion and additions, Cyberknife addition, Support services additions and expansions, ICU/CCU expansion and additions, CVOR/CVICU expansion and additions, new patient towers and Central energy plant additions, Outpatient department expansions and additions, Medical office buildings, Psychiatric renovations and expansions, MRI’s, Cardiac Cath lab’s, Power house additions, Free standing ED and OB services renovations and expansions.Provided support for the corporation as Owner’s liaison/ADA Expert overseeing discovery surveying of all facilities, directly responsible for litigation negotiation with Plaintiffs addressing corrections and overall compliance with ADA (American’s with Disabilities Act) regulations for all defendant owned facilities and new projects as part of one of the nation’s largest Federal ADA class action lawsuit. Personally negotiating a final plan of corrections as part of the settlement for all facilities. Have surveyed over 75 facilities (19,500,000 square feet), negotiated with plaintiffs over 100+ facilities and oversaw remediation of over 25+ facilities.
