I got a big opportunity to grow in my career and in Bonusway. I was responsible of the Finnish market and I took more responsibility of merchant cooperation and scaling our business, but I still had time to focus on what I love the most – planning marketing campaigns and finding new ideas on how to activate our users.

When I worked as marketing assistant, I realized that I really love planning marketing campaigns and finding new ways to reach our customers. Maybe I did my job well enough that I got an opportunity to get responsibility of our content and communications in Bonusway FI. I worked closely with our content creator, we did a lot of successful campaigns..

When my trainee period ended, I wanted to continue my journey in Bonusway. I continued developing my skills in different marketing channels. I learned so many new things about social media, content and especially email marketing.

I started my Bonusway career as a trainee (part of my studies). During my trainee time, I worked with email, social media, and content marketing. A few weeks from the beginning of the trainee period I knew that this is something that I want to do more!
