Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPartnered with all departments to ensure team success.I have the knowledge on all company products, policies, procedures, and systems.Monitor inbound leads, inbound & outbound customer communications.I provide consistent positive constructive feedback through effective coaching and training.Directly manage BDC Staff to include - scheduling, attendance, vacations, policy adherence, commissions, goal setting, and additional duties as needed.Conducted interviews with potential candidates.Monitor performance and proactively addresses areas of development.Handle escalation opportunities when staff is unable to secure appointment.Provide coverage for opening and/or closing of the BDC Department area as necessary.Maintains accurate reporting for all databases as it relates to the tracking of employee performance.Assists with training.Performs other duties as assigned.Highly proficient and positive communication skills - both verbal and written.
