Responsible for leading discussions and coordinating with business line users and subject matter experts to enhance process flows and procedures.• Ensure that vendor risk management files are maintained, documenting compliance activities and maintaining appropriate reporting in support of the processes.• Provides senior business line management with periodic reports and assessments of high risk, unacceptable rated or aged vendor profiles in process of approval.• Participate in the development and implementation of necessary training programs to ensure and improve compliance and to make sure training addresses issues discovered by performance monitoring or audit review.• Participate in the development and maintenance of compliance programs with appropriate internal controls, policies, procedures, communication vehicles and monitoring. • Assist Director of vendor risk management with review and response of internal and external audit inquires.
