Document the current state of each IT department in order to help understand what is needed for alignment. Establish the prioritized list of projects to be completed for alignment. Begin the creation of a new IT Governance Committee. Create the structure for the policies and procedures to be aligned. • Engage with State appointed Health Information Exchange (HIE) vendor and internal HHS stakeholders to identify, define and prioritize projects for the year• Lead multiple HIE projects including one to utilize HIE data to create visualizations for Iowa hospitals that show important bed occupancy metrics• Work with an additional vendor to create an online series of employee engagement surveys American Enterprise GroupOct 2021 to June 2022In charge of implementing an Agent Marketing System/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool across multiple independent subsidiaries of an Insurance Carrier. • Coordinate discussions and decisions between independent company subsidiaries and 4 vendors to implement a unique CRM experience for each subsidiary• Ensure each subsidiary achieves individual goals while maintaining the overall digital strategy for the company• Create a series of reports by combining internal data with data from all 4 vendors to demonstrate tool adaptation, increased sales, and increased efficiencies Advisor GroupFeb 2020 to Oct 2021Lead the integration of multiple wealth management firms’ policies and procedures. Work with Stakeholders and SMEs to identify the differences in current policies & supervisory procedures and facilitate discussions to help determine the best path for going forward as one. • Document complex processes to aid in discussions on current state and document the new workflow• Partner with leadership to enable a smooth and transparent transition to the new systems and processes
