I am an experienced Administrative Assistant, supporting multiple administrators in a nationally recognized Independent School. As well as greeting visitors and answering phones for the school, I schedule and coordinate meetings and events, working with every constituency of the school. I manage the master calendar, process all mail and assist with fundraising events. I function as an information hub at the school and successfully manage and resolve conflicts in schedules with accuracy, collegiality and promptness.I also manage the compliance training requirements for all employees of the school.I am a 'jack of all trades' resource for my employers, and am often commended for my flexibility, work ethic, helpful and positive attitude and for my accurate and detailed work. I also have managed a small business, conducting pre-employment background check reports (100% online). My strengths are demonstrated thorough and accurate research, excellent customer service, compilation, preparation and timely delivery of reports to clients. (15 years) I also managed the accounts payable & receivable and do light bookkeeping. I have experience working in libraries, small businesses, retail sales and state government, as well.
