Key Responsibilities:- User Research & Analysis: Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.- Information Architecture: Structuring content and features to create clear, logical, and user-friendly navigation.- Wireframing & Prototyping: Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.- Visual Design: Crafting visually appealing interfaces with a focus on typography, color schemes, and layout to enhance user engagement.- Usability Testing: Performing usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring optimal user experience.- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to bring ideas to life and ensure alignment with business goals.- Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design tools.- User-Centered Design: Strong focus on user-centered design principles to create products that meet user needs and expectations.- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve design challenges through innovative and creative solutions.- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Preparing and Submitting Claims: preparing and submitting billing data and medical claims to insurance companies, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.- Reviewing Patient Bills: review of patient bills for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies before submission.- Following Up on Claims: follow up on unpaid or disputed claims, ensuring timely payment from insurance companies.- Communicating with Stakeholders: communication with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues and answer inquiries.- Maintaining Records: maintenance of detailed records of billing activities, including payments received and outstanding balances.- Ensuring Compliance: staying updated on changes in billing regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.- Handling Payments: processing of payments from insurance companies and patients, and managing of accounts receivable.
