· I work closely with the Head of People and FOH and BOH head of departments in the development and execution of recruitment strategies for both Front of House and Back of House roles across all Padella restaurants.· Implemented sourcing strategies using platforms like Indeed, Job Today, LinkedIn and the company website to build a robust talent pipeline.· Streamlined the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members and fostering a strong company culture.· Ensuring all recruitment practices aligned with Inclusion and Diversity guidelines, promoting a welcoming environment for all.In addition to my day-to-day duties, I provided support to the Head of People by: · Assisting with employee relation matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to addressing workplace concerns.· Contributing to the development and revision of company policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and promoting a positive work environment.· Implementing a new Employee Assistance Program, promoting employee well-being, and providing resources for a healthy and productive work experience.
