With indicators attained, an annual amount of approximately R$37 million contracted, and an amount of approximately 2 million/year of purchased items.• Managed the implementation of a new turnkey business with the privatization of BR Distribuidora in 07/2019, starting hiring/purchasing activities without bids (governed until then by Law 13.303/96), resulting in new routines, e-procurement tools, procedures, team organization, and service agreements, surpassing the goal of saving in 4 percentage points, approximately.• Implemented the purchase of all materials/equipment/furniture for a "BR Mania” convenience store, during the critical phase of modifications on the Executive Order, within the abbreviated time required for the internal customer, considering the bidding deadlines and routines at that time.• Developed materials/equipment purchases via Marketplace (B2B) with corporate credit card, speeding up the process/delivery deadlines for the internal client.• Deployed 15 projects related to cost reduction in 10/2019, such as mapping of possible purchases with Global Contracts, update of the register of materials, Automation of the activity related to extension of materials through SAP.
