* Taking over requests reported by digital managers through two ticketing platforms (Jira and Redmine) and emails:- Analyzes and reproduces incidents on the websites or in tools such as Google Analytics 360 / Google Tag Manager; then, provides solutions or redirects the request to the right stakeholder;- Tracks and updates all ongoing requests and keeps in touch between the teams involved (countries, central teams, agencies).* Involvement in various ad-hoc projects:- Analytics main point of contact on various projects (e.g. tracking implementation, tracking migration, tracking upgrade);- Analyzes needs and helps solve them;- Maintains the connection between teams in terms of activity and Analytics processes.* Creating and keeping up to date the documentation related to Analytics processes:- Updates the SOP whenever a procedure changes or takes over a new activity;- Analyzes recurring requests and creates best practices.* Managing users and their access to digital Analytics tools:- Analyzes the situation of each user and choose the right procedure for each case;- Ensures the need of access for each user, so that no one has access to confidential data unless directly involved in an activity based on that data.* Increasing the competence on the current activity:- Continuous improvement of work processes and skills on digital Analytics tools, tracking, AEM;- Development of knowledge in adjacent fields and activities (SEO, Cookie Consent).

* Responds to all support requests (bugs, incidents, information or access demands) coming from digital managers form all countries having difficulty using Renault digital platforms.* Qualifies the support requests and provides a solution; if the subject is not in the area of competence, escalates to the right team.* Follow up on the subjects and insures that the stakeholder receives the answer in the appropriate time and in a useful manner.* Updates and enriches the library of solution files used by the whole support team to answer to countries.* Maintains and updates the procedures describing the support process for platform users.* Measures the satisfaction grading for all solved requests and proposes action plans for improvements.

Managing the contracts between HPE and customers:* creating/changing/updating offers* maintaining relationships with sales representatives and customers* booking and modifying contracts in SAP* completing various reports* maintaining and updating the procedures
