I am an entrepreneurial problem solver and strategic thinker, and just as much as I love to see new innovations being developed and find their way to the market, I love to see people develop and grow and realize their full potential. As the co-founder and CEO of Enza Biotech AB for 12 years, I have experience from a wide range of aspects of running an early stage company such as securing seed funding and investments, business development, strategic planning, marketing, team development and R&D. I led the process of successfully selling the company to a large multinational industry and thereafter integrated Enza Biotech in the new organisation. During the past seven years I have managed my research team in a multinational environment, in a role as Research and Technology manager with responsibility for R&D and product development, project management and transfer to upscaling, budgeting, reporting and team management. I have worked in global cross-functional teams and collaborated with manufacturing, business development and application testing to bring novel products to market.
