Over the past 28 years, I have dedicated myself to the field of education, focusing on early childhood and elementary education, specifically teaching Pre-K through 6th grade. My efforts have consistently aimed at creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. I hold both School Building Leader (SBL) and School District Leader (SDL) certifications, which have enabled me to effectively lead and administer educational programs.My achievements are underpinned by a strong federal education degree and a comprehensive background in Educational Leadership Administration. Additionally, I have successfully integrated restorative justice practices, social and emotional learning, intentional play, and project-based learning into my teaching methods, fostering a cooperative and engaging classroom atmosphere.Reflecting on my two decades in education, I have prioritized creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students. My approach recognizes and respects cultural diversities, ensuring that every student feels valued and supported. My commitment to equality and equity has been a cornerstone of my teaching philosophy, driving my efforts to provide equitable opportunities and foster a community where all students can thrive.
