Responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the organization, overseeing the implementation of Heritage Programs, and supporting various programs with administrative tasks. While this position includes office manager duties, the Heritage Program/ Operations Manager will also work closely with senior staff to ensure the smooth implementation of the organization's programs and mission.As an AmeriCoach, goals include: * helping members to navigate filling out documents/forms, reviewing time sheets and activity logs for accuracy and tracking (ex., workers comp hours, NVUM, and other important areas we track), providing training and activities that closer align to the members' field of service (ex. field trips, zoom training, group outings)
