Responsible for researching, preparing, issuing, evaluating and awarding the organization’s cooperative procurement contracts by writing effective Invitations for Bid, Requests for Proposals and Requests for Best and Final Offers which comply with Arizona school procurement rules, regulations and statutes. Daily interaction with any of the organization’s 450 customers, over 250 contract vendors, and internal staff with resolution of contract questions, claims and controversies. Serve as a representative at organization conferences, trade shows and other functions. Also, maintain membership and participation in professional public procurement organizations and professional development. A candidate for Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC)’s Certified Professional Public Procurement Buyer (CPPB) certification. Currently awaiting the results from the May 2019 exam date.

Daily approval and maintenance of all Mohave Member Purchase Orders to the Mohave contract vendors to determine if they meet contractual compliancy. Examples of such contracts range from Job Order Contracting, asphalt and roofing, computer peripherals, restaurant equipment, financial consulting, and telecommunications erate purchase orders. Daily review and development of the vendors' understanding of the Mohave Educational processes and maintenance of their payment histories. This job extends to the maintenance of these records as noted above and requires an understanding of all Mohave contracts and how they relate to Arizona Procurement Codes.

Responsible for Casino commissioned and retail sales, Laughlin, NV. in excess of $700K annually. Maintained commissioned and retail sales in the tri-state area in excess of $830K annually as well as corresponding Kingman/ Golden Valley commissioned sales accounts. Tracked all manufacture billbacks in behalf of the Laughlin casino customers. Initiated California and Nevada brokers’ “ride withs”, manufacture “spiffs” and assisted in sales department training. Developed and produced foodservice merchandising materials for sales associates including product endorsement flyers, weekly “special sheets”, and notification of in-house sales promotions. Assisted in coordinating the first annual Deco Foodservice food show. Used Phoenix Food System 15.0/ Aspen Systems.
