With over eight years of experience in HR Services, I am currently an Assistant Manager at Deloitte, leading a team providing administration and onboarding support for Deloitte Switzerland. I have a CIPD Level 5 certification, as well as experience in employee screening, right to work, performance management and an enthusiasm for process improvements. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered. I have experience successfully coordinating a team with onboarding hundreds of new hires into our UK firm, ensuring compliance, regulations and policies were met whilst delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. In my previous role as a People Operations Coordinator at Costa Coffee, I gained experience working in their People Operations team with employees from both retail store and their support centre. I like a challenge where I can leverage my people operations expertise and contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and innovative organisation.
