Marias mission at Meocon and Coolab is to solve her clients’ problems and enable them to remain competitive. She helps her clients to express and understand the problem, whether by creating a common language, in-depth data analysis or emphasizing with the people on the shopfloor. She co-develops, prototypes and implements solutions together with her clients, focusing on enabling her clients to manage and improve their processes independently in the long term. She is a specialist for hands-on implementations, all things “working with common sense” (lean, OpEx, …) and organizational design, impacting processes on the shopfloor and management systems alike. Maria constantly looks out for opportunities to develop her clients processes further, currently focusing on utilizing AI for actual and affordable impact.
