Support the Lending Team and implement best practices in loan operations related processes and procedures for originating, processing underwriting and closing first and second mortgages, home equities and consumer loan products. Responsible for all lending services including consumer lending, mortgage and real estate loans, business loan services, and customer insurance product sales. Oversee program development, product design, pricing recommendations, policy recommendations, system design and administration, credit risk management practices, and lending and insurance product sales compliance. Responsible for lending activities result in appropriate lending volume, revenue, and balanced levels of delinquency and charge off. Supervise managerial, technical, and administrative staff. Team building, mentoring, and coaching. Engaged in community relations, professional associations, and trade associations.

Responsible for the supervision, training, scheduling and performance evaluation of the Retail Lending personnel and the maintenance of regulatory compliance for all aspects of the origination, processing, underwriting, closing and servicing of all retail loan products. Responsible for managing third party vendor relationships regarding the sale of residential mortgage products. Responsible for the management of the servicing and collections department which services a $130 million residential mortgage and consumer loan portfolio.
