Taught 14 young children, teens, and parents how to balance mind and body through engaging and relaxing yoga classes.

Secretary duties including customer service, grading, and making/receiving calls. I also work on maintaining the department email, organizing the department's monthly finances, as well as completing special projects in graphic design and survey interviews.

Intensive study and training on the history, practice, and implications of yoga. Completed research on the anatomy and physiology of yoga poses, learned many meditation techniques, observed other teaching styles, as well as developed my own.
