Led a collaborative team of faculty and 30+ club members while organizing community events for the Education Department. Played a key role in connecting students to volunteer opportunities, with a particular focus on our partnership with the Arc of Virginia.

Engaged with and assisted over 60 customers daily on the floor and over the phone, all while actively contributing to the training of fellow team members in essential procedures and ensuring positive customer experiences.
