Completion of my Master's thesis entitled "Establishment and characterization of three-dimensional liver models on Gri3D®", where I used SUN bioscience's technology, Gri3D, to develop 3D liver models and assays (viability, immunofluorescence, CYP activity, drug response curves). I worked in close collaboration with the Schoonjans Lab (Laboratory of Metabolic Signaling) at EPFL.

Optimisation and validation of a viability assay in the OrganoPlate® Graft using 3D liver models. I worked under the supervision of Flavio Bonanini and Dr. Dorota Kurek. I had two stays as a visiting student at the Growth Control and Cancer Metastasis group led by Dr. Roger Gomis:- Laboratory internship (6 ECTS, October 2016-February 2017): I became familiarised with Molecular Biology and Biochemistry laboratory techniques. The outcome was a study about CXCR4 in colorectal cancer metastasis. - Bachelor's thesis (12 ECTS, October 2017-June 2018): "Study of the role of MAPK-controlled genes in the development of colorectal cancer metastasis".
