I am the Director of Funding and Programme Quality at Foundation Wings of Hope, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and I'm working from Ireland remotely. My work is focused on ensuring the first-ever LGBTIQ+ safehouse in Bosnia secures a healthy flow of multi-annual funding and operates effectively, supporting the complex and growing needs of the LGBTIQ+ community.Previously, I was the Director of Funding and Partnerships at Early Childhood Ireland - the organisation that works to ensure every child is thriving and learning in quality Early Years and School Age Care settings. I am also a Change Management leader with over a decade of management experience, having worked with the UN, national and international NGOs, and research organisations. I hold two Masters degrees, as well as formal training in Change Management, Project Management, Negotiations, and Innovation for Impact, and Child Safeguarding. Throughout my career, I have focused on leading and landing change, in order to achieve transformative impact for an increased number of children in communities across Ireland, as well as 19 countries in Europe and the Global South. My international experience has thought me to seek out best practice from other countries and adapt it to address needs and priorities at national level.
