I transferred to the LSU School of Public Health in early 2024 to assist 4 Professors who are Program Directors in the school. As their administrative assistant, I handle their conference travel plans, expense reports, attend and take minutes at various meetings. I order and set up catering for various functions. When faculty candidates visit, I arrange their two-day agendas, air and hotel reservations and other plans as they arise. I've coordinated meeting rooms for various university functions. Set up Zoom meetings. Ordered office supplies. I've used Canva to create the digital signage used throughout campus to draw attention to seminars and presentations.In 2023 as part of the Clinical Trials Office under LSUHSC Cancer Research Department, I opened over 8 new pharmaceutical trials for the treatment of cancer patients. My personal cancer journey led me to seek a way in which I could help others. I find oncology research fascinating and hope that I am in some way helping cancer patients and survivors.Over two years of experience as a regulatory coordinator working with Clinical Trials in Oncology Research. CITI certified GCP. Working toward taking the SOCRA exam. I have worked on over 100 pharmaceutical trials including start up through closures. Also NCORP trained. Known for my quick response to CRAs as well as sponsors.
