Senior Architect in the Urban and landscape department, Contexto Urbano S.AContexto Urbano is a large-scale office based in Colombia with more than 30 years of experience leading projects nationwide where 70% of the designs generated have been built.- Led, coordinated, managed, designed, and supported urban and landscape projects in different cities in Colombia. Managed clients, coordinated projects, and organized meetings between different stakeholders and clients to ensure the viability of these projects. Supervised a team of 3 architectural interns and acted as project lead for model-making on various projects including:- Master Plan Santa Monica - Project Manager, Designer and Model Team Lead(Coordinated the urban project with a private client achieving a permanent contract for 5 years)- Design, diagnosis and formulation of urban planning, partial plans, implementation plans applying the current policy urban regulations from the regulatory analysis stage, urban design, and coordination with different clients and construction companies in the construction stage.- Movistar Arena - Urban and open space, Bogotá - Research and Designer(Winner of the 2019 Cemex Works Awards - Special Social Value Award, Winner of the Latin American Real Estate Development Awards ELDI - Panama. - Public Space Design Monteria - Project Manager, Designer, Coordinator and Model Team Lead(Designed public space of the urban and landscapes masterplan with an artistic pedestrian pathway using local materials from the site reducing the construction costs by 17%)- Develop normative and policy analyzes for different sites in a nationwide. Applying the current regulations in presentation formats for clients. Analysis of the land use plans of different municipalities of Colombia and analysis of Bogota land use plan, zonal planning units, regularization plans and management, master plans and regulatory decrees.- Design, diagnosis and formulation of urban planning, partial plans, implementation plans, among others. Applying the current urban policy regulations from the regulatory analysis stage, urban design and coordination with different clients and construction companies.

- Territorial and regional arrangement planning for the city of Facatativa - POT Facatativa Designer, GIS regional and urban analyst, Policy guideline document coordinator (Developed the analysis and mapping of the creation of a 50-year territorial arrangement plan)- Design clear, concise and direct presentations to inform, document and expose the client to various normative, theoretical and project issues.

JN Arquitectura is a small practice that specializes on public projects with cultural and social buildings, as well as national architectural competitions.Designed a public market for the town of Gramalote as part of a national competition organized by the Colombian Society of Architects. Won the first prize in this competition. Additionally,coordinated and designed architectural projects from concept plans through constructiondocuments.
