- Lead, plan and implement the internal communication strategy;- Coordinate employee engagement program (volunteering, well-being, development)- Ensure all internal communications activities, events and news are integrated and connected across available platforms;- Organize and oversee internal events, such as town halls, team building events, and team meetings;- Working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with agencies; - Create content (articles, newsletters, videos, etc.) of high quality and interest utilizing appropriate materials and channels;- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.

- Create and execute integrated internal communications for the organization and its leadership; - Partner with all internal departments to direct, create and publish content to the company's corporate intranet site, ensuring that it is current and engaging;- Drive internal communications best-practice research, analysis of monthly internal communications analytics;- Develop adapted content for Employee App and structured newsletters and annual internal magazine;- Setting up courses on the learning management system, including setting up activities, uploading resources and optimizing the learner experience;- Recording screencasts and “how-to” videos to support learners in using the online platform.

- Create inclusive communication strategies and content to advance HR initiatives and programs, such as new employee onboarding, recruitment promotion, open enrolment, or similar;- Support HR and contribute with innovative initiatives to build morale and productivity;- Organize international meetings for launching the Leadership program;- Assist with enhancing and executing HR policies and procedures.

- Support HR Manager with management projects, reporting, planning, succession planning, performance reviews;- Coordinate employee benefits program for HQ, warehouse and stores;- Assist in the execution of various HR projects and initiatives; - Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions and write meeting minutes.
