My key role in the establishment is to be responsible for clerical and organizational tasks. I focus on organizing and maintaining the establishment's filing system, data bases and information as well as communicate on behalf of the directors. I also manage the stock control and inventory counts as well monitor and evaluate the financial status of the Establishment on site.

I had the responsibility of care taking and managing Nokondi Lodge under Vigilance Ltd. My main role was to:1. Ensure that the hygiene standards, guest services, interior and exterior as well as housekeeping were met at all times.2. Coordinate the facility's front desk activities and resolve problems.3. Kept track and records of Company's revenue and inventory.4. Monitoring staff performance and managing inspection when of staff performances regarding company standards.

I was to take care of the guests and clients that had enquires and business regarding the company. I had also operated multi-line of answering calls, transferring calls and providing information and scheduling appointments when necessary. Occasionally I was to also organize the filing cabinet to ensure that guest records were in order.
