For the last 6 years I have worked in the Public Transport Victoria Call Center where Aegis, Salmat and Probe contact centers in Melbourne have managed on behalf of the Victorian Government. This job involves taking all inbound calls and helping customers with all their myki, V/Line, journey planning travel related questions. I also do feedback and complaints in regards to anything and everything that relates to public transport in metropolitan and regional services and operators.
