• Participate in and coordinate internal company projects for key processes improvement and quality management• Support the creation, implementation and monitoring of internal company business standards• Create and monitor company processes documentation, propose actions for its development, monitoring and improvement• Create and maintain information system for the standardization documents related to process quality requirements• Suggest and support the implementation of new systems for process quality improvement• Create reports, analyze processes and projects performance• Participate in various activities for overview and control and support internal organizational projects• Act as connecting link between different company business units with regards to following unified policies and processes

• Support the execution of transformation projects through the operational maturity agenda• Drive projects to improve productivity and SLA performance• Implement strategic initiatives to drive strategic quality operational plan• Manage Lean Six Sigma strategy to facilitate continuous improvement• Collaborate with operational stakeholders and across the BT function to drive client value• Create visibility on results, next actions and expectations

• Implement and support Lean Six Sigma project and initiatives in all teams according to the standards set• Delivering Lean Six Sigma trainings and support the Process Excellence Deployment Lead• Generate ideas and prepare proposals for process improvements• Lead low and/or medium process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology• Conduct Kaizen workshops to identify potential process improvement opportunities• Perform process observations and mapping, collect measurements and analyze data• Identify, develop and implement best practice solutions among teams• Support team leaders, the certified Lean Six Sigma belts and their teams in process improvement implementation

• Perform daily operation work and support in exceptional cases• Stay as First level of escalation and work on process improvement• Lead operational meetings and provide process related trainings• Perform processes compliance check and reporting• Support for reporting KPIs, documentation and distribution of workload• Provide administrative support to the department’s leadership team• Lead Lean Six Sigma improvement projects

• Communicate with carriers on missing/wrong accruals, invoicing and bank details verification• Check on accrual accuracy and take action on root cause for missing/wrong accruals• Participate in month-end activities (reconciliation, creation and sending of reports)• Handle exceptional invoices (initiate that non matching or overdue invoices will be paid)• Request corrections to amend mistakes in payments• Prepare statements to carriers on invoice status and log invoices into MS Access• Participate in work migration and preparation of standard operating procedures

• Create and send direct shipment purchase orders via ERP system• Maintain Serial number information in the sales orders• Assure pricing correctness in line with the responsible sales or purchase representative in the local country• Follow up with vendor or forwarder on the delivery of the shipments• Enter orders in vendor online tools
