🥂 Aspire is the only academy in Romania where Harvard and Stanford lecturers teach and inspire. The non-profit organizes 3 summer programs (High School, Academy, Professionals), local and international events with remarkable speakers, online book clubs & speed networking sessions and mentorship programs.

👉 In short: I helped in creating campaigns for both non-profits and corporations (mostly energy, banking and oil industries) 🌆 I was involved in internal communications, PR, CSR and rebranding initiatives. 👩🏻‍🔬 My most appreciated specialty? Video productions. 🎉 And being always there to contribute to the well-being of my colleagues with reasons to smile, series to binge and loads of empathy.👉 In long:- brainstorming new ideas for potential businesses, especially in video production;- helping with shooting experiment films, photo shoots, montage possibilities, video interviews;- finding creative solutions under (time) pressure, while shooting commercials;- feedback queen for video productions;- creating TikToks from start (ideas & scripts) to finish (with millions of views);- writing CEO speeches and letters, newsletters, landing pages, articles, advertorials;- creating and implementing editorial plans on all platforms;- creating presentations to win new briefs;- organizing offline teambuilding activities, launch events and galas;- creating and maintaining relationships with influencers;- media monitoring;- online community management;🥂 Rogalski Damaschin is the only Romanian agency who entered the Global Creativity Index by PRovoke for two consecutive years, being ranked on the 3rd place in EMEA and 5th place worldwide.
