I volunteered at the blast program, I worked with students ages 5-12 years old. I helped the coordinators with setting up the classroom and activities for he children. I assisted the team with supervising the pupils during reassess and inside he classroom. I also helped the students with their homework assignments and reading. Volunteering at the blast has helped me how to manage a group of students in elementary level and how a after school program functions.

As an instructional aide and teacher assistant, I worked with children ages 2-5. I assisted teachers with chores and classroom activities. While working at OCDC, I had the opportunity to work with a special need child who was part of the of students. This taught me patience and responsibility. I built a great reputation with my work colleagues through my professional assistance, and with parents through proficient visits and conference.

I worked with children 3-4 years old. I assisted the lead teacher with supervising the children, helped the teacher setting up the material for activities. I also enforced good behavior and manner--by following the classroom rules. I was responsible for keeping track of the children attendance.

I was responsible for managing the store in the absence of the store Manager. I dealt with the customers and associates concerns. I assisted in payroll and scheduling duties, as well employee supervision. Through outstanding customer service, I surpassed the credit card sales expectation set by management.
