As a full time teacher, I create engaging lessons, deliver quality instruction, maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, keep records, collaborate on multiple teams, teach ELL (English language learners) in their home language (Spanish). and ensure the overall wellbeing of my students. In addition, my role at my current school includes serving STEAM liaison and leading 30+ STEAM teachers, developing workshops, delivering professional development, and training educators on best practices as well as instructional technology.

As a paraprofessional, I planned and executed lessons to provide intervention to students who were working below grade level. These interventions served as support for students to reach academic success.
