Project Manager
CurrentIdentify, propose and support continuous improvement opportunities by participating in or leading projects.Prepare internal and external reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information/data from a variety of sources.Develop processes, training materials, templates, spreadsheets and other documents.Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, submitting/creating invoices, and auditing records.Support client retention efforts by preparing and sending client reports, coordinating meetings, communicating with stakeholders via email and web call/video meetings, and initiating feedback through surveys.Draft and/or proofread content for email training materials, procedures, or other internal/external documents as well as email correspondence on behalf of the leadership team and/or specific members of the leadership team.Create graphic design elements to display information/data in an aesthetically pleasing manner such as graphs, flow charts, and diagrams.Field and refer inquiries from students/graduates to the correct departments.Make travel arrangements for staff members, providing assistance during evenings/weekend hours as needed for emergencies.Assist with development, updating and auditing of websites.Research resources, obtain pricing, specifications, and share findings with stakeholders. Record & distribute meeting notes.Enter, update and audit student/client information in database systems. Assist with and support a variety of projects within the department.
