As a FIS Service Coordinator, I handle the task of contacting Siemens customers for Fire Inspections, such as: Fire Alarm Annuals; Semi Annls; Quarterlies;, REG4, Title 19, Water Flow, Tamper Switch, Sprinklers, Extinguishers, E-power, Fire Pump, Kitchen Hood Cleaning, Pre-Actions Systems, Standpipe and Hoses and other Fire related systems. I'm liaison between the Fire REG4 Division and the Testers making sure inspection reports are in with in the expected time frame. Place all Inspections Reports in a the shared network drive. Handle follow-up calls and service call completion surveys to the customers. Handle the billing for all Time & Material service calls. Partake in monthly meetings with our National Accounts Group. Answer calls and take service calls for all services we provide, HVAC, Mechanical, Security, Low Voltage, and of course Fire. Dispatch and maintain the schedule for 10 Fire Technicians, making myself available to assistance to the Fire Supervisor and Fire Account Engineer. and other duties as assigned.
