Responsible for ensuring that comprehensive management principals and tools are being followed in the operations aspect of the GHSC-PSM Country Programs division consisting of over 120 employees servicing over 33 countries. Implementing staff satisfaction and professional development initiatives in the division. Providing support to the Managing Director as well as the Country Director/SVP with communication, operational deliverable's and recommendations. Representing the division internally by liaising with support divisions to both reinforce and resolve any aspects of the operation but also provide initiatives and full coordination across all Country Programs.

Ensuring regional portfolios are well-managed and providing support and direction to project management units (32 Countries around the world) as needed in the Global Health and Supply Chain Office, Supply Chain Solutions Division. Responsible for assisting and supporting the Director in the handling of internal as well as external client facing operational functions and deliverable's within the Country Programs PMUs which consists of 32 countries within the Global Health Supply Chain Program - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project. Support the team by developing initiatives such as process improvement, template development, capturing data and reporting, disseminating information and streamline overlapping functional roles by providing coordination across all country program buy-ins.

Diversified client base and experience within Associations, Government, Trade Unions and Corporate meetings for clients ranging from 20 to 4,000 attendees. Research and Develop RFP’s to meet specific organizational needs and objectives. Plan and execute major aspects of meeting management to include: site selection, contract negotiation, building and maintaining registration processes and databases, develop hotel logistics, managing housing, menu development and selection, developing on—site registration management, off site event management, transportation, audio visual, shipping, signage, security, exhibit management and on site logistics. Responsible for drafting and editing text for conference/convention publications and website content for all meeting materials. Prepare and manage budgets and authorize expenditures. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers and exhibitors; negotiate and manage several contracts/accounts per year.

Handled an average of 25-30 conventions/conferences per year, each consisting of more than 100 sleeping rooms on peak. Organize and communicate all details for conventions and events including hotel guest rooms, catering/banquet services, registration/housing and exhibit shows. Maximize the use of all available space to generate food, beverage and room revenues, for the client while controlling costs to maximize profits for the hotel. Develop professional relationships with clients and exceed their expectations, all while maintaining a high level of organization and a keen eye for details. Coordinate all pre-convention meetings between client and hotel operational staff and develop efficient follow-up procedures upon the conclusion of each program
