Designing my farmhouse, coordinating work, logistics, purchasing tools and materials, assigning and supervising workers, ACAD plans - electricity, drainage, sewage, water supply, hands-on labour such as plumbing, electricity distribution, heavy tools, tool maintenance and repair (jigger, pumps, generator, power tiller, chainsaw etc)....

• Carrying out risk assessments and determining sensible and practical preventive and corrective actions• Implementation of projects to improve work environment or reduce carbon footprint.• Part of the implementation team for installation of new systems or machines to assess environmental and health risk factors and recommend changes• Carrying out investigations to identify incident root causes and implement improvements• Improving environmental, health and safety systems, preparing and delivering training to personnel

- point of reference to a group of 10 work mates- administration and training others on equipment use- carrying out investigations and finding root causes- performance of QC analysis and troubleshooting of instruments- implementation of improvements in the laboratory

- performing physical and chemical QC tests on actives and excipients- use, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of lab equipment- implementation of lab improvements as part of the environment, health and safety committee- delivery of training to co-workers and reviewing their work

- Management of teams- Planning and delivery of individual and group training sessions- Setting up of training system for Internet Banking- Training of new to the company team leaders
