Responsibilities: • Responsible for category marketing strategy development in the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities and developing action plan for the brands in line with business objectives;• Responsible for strong core/innovation/renovation pipeline based on local consumer insights (Halal recipe reno), global novelties (Switzerland, France, Netherland factories);• Leading lunches and equity projects execution within 360 support OTIF incl HCP (health care professionals) collaboration (NAN® 3 Aral Sea Promo etc);• Responsible for proposing optimal PFME budgets for category / brands based on ICP: ensure PFME investment mix is properly reviewed and evaluated;• Responsible for monitoring & analyzing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking (U&A, BHT, Ipsos);• Responsible for leveraging brands’ Media grid within optimal investment/return strategy and SMM content supervision (IG, FB, TG)

Responsibilities: • Development category strategy in alignment with new zone guidelines by 360 support plan coordination Creative, PR, Media agencies, Medical and Science department via HCP and med cycle roll out;• Price architecture development inc business update and market analysis based on internal/external data;• Delivering strong core pipeline incl global guidelines and new recipes switching (tasty project, new oil mix, malto elimination)• Effective cross-functional collaboration within current projects’ execution;• Artworks/product labels/ТVc/Ecom communication management inc adoption for Russian market;• Marketing metrics analysis;

Duties and responsibilities: • Business meeting and event organization: Annual IN business meeting (National Conference, 500 persons Russia and Eurasia), SMM (70-100 persons) quarterly, OMP, abroad HO visit, abroad IN Mancom meeting, team building events and trainings etc;• Cross-functional collaboration with relevant departments and agencies within current projects and events (tender procedures, document flow, supervising to ensure effective projects/events execution; • Effective cooperation with regional offices, HO in order to facilitate flawless current processes execution;

• Effective collaboration with internal/external divisions (CCSD, Sales, DSP, Factory, Regulatory, Research, Suppliers, advertising/digital/communication agencies) within current brand projects execution• Participation in new product development process (product launch, recipe/design renovation) : Base for Solyanka recipe inno, Cook up soups recipe reno – switching to natural aromatizes, selling story development, Base for Rassolnik office event etc • Preparation of brand performance analysis, brand reports & presentations (SMM, MBR, Post launch evaluation etc)• Participation in BEP process : brand experience idea, TVc adaption (Base for Rassolnik), supervising the work of creative/PR/media/ digital agencies to ensure effectiveness of presented services – package redesign in accordance with ReiMAGGIng guidelines, POPM, advertising materials
