Develop educational materials and programs to introduce new concepts and reinforce current practices and presenting educational in-services to all levels of staff. Provide on-going educational support to all staff, as needed.•Evaluate the performance of newly hired nurse case managers during orientation period encompassing education on automated systems, principles, protocols, documentation and processes, provide collaboration with supervisors to identify learning needs and facilitate successful performance of staff.

Managing, organizing and developing integrated plan of care for large case load. In charge of interpersonal development of telephonic member relationship including education r/t multiple diagnoses and mediations while maximizing efficient utilization management of health resources.

Case management for 80-bed Adult Home/Assisted Living MI population. Certification processes, monthly in-services, documentation assessment, oversight of ancillary and licensed staff.
