During my volunteering experience, I worked on the diagnosis ofabortion causes using FISH (Fluorescence In SituHybridization) technique on tissues and identification of chromosomalalterations in patients with Myeloproliferative Disorders through FISH on medullary aspirates needles. I've also simplified the diagnosis of alterations of KRAS oncogene using Reverse Dot Blot.
