• Supply new footwear and replenish carry over products according to sales and forecast.• Maintain adequate distribution KPI levels (Sellout, ratios, FWC and rotation).• Prepare and analyze sales and inventories reports, as well as distribution plans for seasonal campaigns.• Cluster stores according to sales, average prices, and location, quarterly.• Create transfer orders relocate footwear between stores because of slow movement, seasonal changes, store needs or special sales.• Coordinate with store associates, District Managers and/or warehouse personnel.• Analyze obsolete products sales and stock in outlet stores, defining the correct assortment and establishing prices and sales.
